This week we highlight Eclipse RATIOMATIC air heating burner. This burner features:  • Easy installation, operation and maintainenance • Capacities from 135 to 8000 kW (500,000 to 30,000,000 Btu/hr) • Standard nozzles burn natural gas, propane or butane • Right or left hand piping. BSP or NPT pipe threads • Can be disassembled from rear without entering the oven or duct • Direct spark ignition • Quick-change spark and flame rods; optional inexpensive quick-change air filter • Can be ordered stripped or completely packaged, wired and piped, ready to set up and start up • Choice of alloy tube or high-temperature combustion chamber (SiC tube or refractory block) • NFPA or CE type valve trains • Models less blower to connect multiple burners to a single manifold; or for high pressure blower/high back-pressure applications.
